Support for Skype for Windows:
- Avoids double-speaking of several element names (actually silences descriptions that duplicate the names).
- Avoids saying things like "2 of 3" in the Conversations list, because these position indications are not accurate.
- Left and right object navigation work better for reading user profiles and maybe other things.
- Review commands work in chat messages within a chat history list, though currently each chat entry appears as one line even if it is actually more than one line of text.
